Frozen fruit:  ½ cup banana, sliced (fresh or frozen) ½ cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen) ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) Greens: 1 cup baby spinach, lightly packed 1 cup kale, lightly packed (or substitute with ½ cup each if using both)

Ginger: 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped (or ¼ tsp ground ginger) Liquid: 1 cup coconut water (or water or plant-based milk) Optional: ½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit) ¼ cup water (for thicker consistency)

Step 1

Add the liquid to your blender first. This helps break down the frozen ingredients later.

Add the banana, mango, pineapple, ginger, and greens.

Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. If using fresh fruit and no ice, you may need to add a little water for blending.
